Check out what others are saying about this place..
 ”Wonderful Cabo!”
Cabo is a special place, and we can’t wait to return one day. The
Pueblo Bonito Blanco is a great place to stay, if you want a
relaxed atmosphere.

“Exceeded my expectations”
My husband and I stayed at The Pueblo Bonito Blanco in Cabo
San Lucus for our wedding anniversary. This hotel is beautiful,
very clean and the service is great.

“Great hotel”
The rooms are big and comfortable, like a junior suite.
The quality of service are really very high and the employee
are friendly and customer oriented.

“Wonderful stay!”
Before our stay at PB I investigated very thoroughly hotels in Cabo.
I wanted to be on a beach for swimming, near the town, and most
importantly, I wanted a very clean, well maintained property.
The Blanco was perfect!!

“Can’t Wait to Go Back!”
My friend and I stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Blanco Hotel
and absolutely loved it! The location was great and the staff
couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating! I would
recommend this hotel to anyone and can’t wait to book my next trip!

Great vacation spot!”
We stayed here for 4 nights this month and tremendously enjoyed it.

“THE BEST YET”
Just returned home yesterday 7/15/08 and posted this on 7/16/08.
The hotel was very clean, easy walking distance to downtown and pier.
Service was great – Margarito by the pool was very attentive yet
allowed privacy.

“Great Resort”
I spent a week at the resort the last weekend in March.
The Resort is beautiful. The hotel is a horseshoe and we
had a room that was directly over the sand. The room has
a huge balcony that over looks the water. This is not a brand
new resort but everything is immaculate.

“Great Hotel/Great Location”
My husband and I stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Blanco for a
week in May 2008. We had a wonderful time. The hotel was
within walking distance to downtown and all of the great restaurants
in the area. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

Coastal Vacations Review

I really wished someone would have told me what I was really buying BEFORE I bought into the Coastal Vacations home business opportunity. In reality, what I discovered as this:

Important things like:

1) No product really, a condo card is the best thing in there and even that doesn’t compare to Global Resorts.

2) No customer service. If you have a question about a vacation, tough beans. You’re on your own. You figure it out, unlike Global Resorts where you simply pick up the phone and a helpful, friendly staff person is ready, willing and able to assist.

3) Focuses around passing up sales, unlike global Resorts wherein you make money your first sale and forever more.

4) Massive undercutting is allowed unlike Global Resorts where all business owner are protected from shady dealings.

5) No company, it’s just a board of directors that are made up of individual coastal vacations independent home business owners who make rules and regulations, but are not enforced. Global Resorts is a company, it has a president, Al Morales and it’s located in Phoenix, AZ. You can visit there and find staff working, answering phones, running real business.

Debbie Turner wasted $35K and a year of time in Coastal. It wasn’t until about the 8th month in as she was trying to use the product more and more that she realized there is nothing of value in there. It’s a pretty package for $11K.If you’re interested in a network marketing business especially in the travel industry, Debbie recommends Global Resorts Network.

“We really enjoyed Sands of Kahana”
We really enjoyed the Sands of Kahana! We had a one bedroom, two bath condo.

I was not sure what the condo would be like, but it was… more

“Realmente disfrutamos Sands of Kahana”
¡Realmente disfrutamos de Sands of Kahana!

“Lovely Experience9 D
My husband and I stayed in an ocean view three bedroom condo with my family for
one week. We had 5 adults and 3 children and it never felt crowded. I loved open layout
of the condo. We could sit on the lanai and watch the whales…

“Una experiencia encantadora”
Mi marido y yo nos hospedamos en un condo de tres habitaciones con vistas al mar con mi familia durante una semana. Éramos 5 adultos y 3 niños y nunca tuvimos la sensación de agobio por falta de espacio en el condo. Me encantó el diseño abierto del condo.
Podíamos sentarnos en la terraza y ver a las ballenas…

Renegade Marketing System is the Ultimate Leaders’ Time Leverage Tool

If you’re a home based business leader or have a team of any size, you understand the time and exhaustive energy it takes to train your team. Especially the ones that seem to need a repeat over and over again. Do you fantasize about having a training platform already done for you and branding you as the leader you are? It plays right along with Timothy Ferriss’s The 4 Hour Work Week. Outsource it for pennies (and even free) and be the hero of training for your team. You can have your cake and eat it too.

Network marketing is an industry filled with individuals who are constantly seeking out training and information, specifically, the “know-how” of positioning themselves online allowing prospects to find them. That’s why they’re in business after all, to make money. Here’s what lacking:

  1. Getting free leads and traffic to their websites.
  2. Being able to stand out from all the other competitors.
  3. The “know-how” to do those two things.
  4. Not going broke trying to get there.

This leaves the home based business leader with a daily schedule filled with appointments doing one on one coaching as well as team trainings demonstrating the same things over and over again on how to implement marketing strategies. The business owner has less and less time to follow up with the leads he/she has which impacts the bottom line and total overall growth of their personal business.

I’m not suggesting that home based business leaders stop providing one on one coaching as there’s tremendous value in offering yourself and taking a personal interest in the success of your team members. However, if you’re seeking ways to leverage your training time yet still making sure your team members are well taken care of, leaving 90% of the training to someone else just may be the solution you’re looking for. When deciding on a training platform, you want to look for high quality and professionalism all the way around. After all, if your team members fall in the wrong hands, your business will suffer. Important criteria to consider for training platforms is listed below, all of which you can create on your own if you so choose or, use one already established:

  1. Affordable for everyone. Have a back up plan if someone on your team can’t afford an outside training platform. Be willing to work one on one with those or offer an alternative source.
  2. Training should be visual (video), training manuals just don’t cut it for everyone.
  3. Support staff behind the training site should be quick to respond to students.
  4. Active ongoing webinars where students can attend in real time and ask questions.
  5. Marketing should be relevant to the times, meaning what’s working and popular now. Having a site filled with out dated ineffective strategies is not what your business partners need. Keep them up to date on the newest and best strategies to implement.
  6. System should offer a way for students to offset the hard cost of training. This can be done through affiliate marketing.
  7. System should provide a platform for students to be able to make sales on other products while they build their primary business. This is monetizing their business which just makes good sense as it keeps them going building the primary. Attrition rates will improve for you.
  8. System should be able to personally brand the site to them, so as their prospects go there, it positions them as the leader. This is especially important for the newbies who are learning to have posture.

One system that offers all this and more, is Mike Klingler’s Renegade University. He offers a free site as well as a very inexpensive training platform he calls the professional Renegade University. Utilizing his system will allow you to attract huge numbers of prospects while generating cash flow through back end product sales, provide the training your team needs, posturing you as the leader and ultimately you can lead your prospects to your primary network marketing business (or MLM business). You turn right around and plug your own team members into the same training platform and watch your duplication soar.

“Being the hunted instead of the hunter is a fun way to build your business”, Debbie says. “this is one way to become the hunted.”

Debbie Turner teaches network marketers and home based business owners how to utilize no and low cost strategies through attraction marketing and the Social Web 2.0 Media.

Reverse Funnel System: Critical Clarity on Global Resorts Network Sponsor

If you have opted into a Ty Coughlin Reverse Funnel System, it doesn’t necessarily mean you are tied to that person with regards to joining Global Resorts Network.

Unless you’ve joined Global Resorts Network, you are free to shop for a sponsor with whom you want to join with.

By optin into a reverse funnel system, you became a “lead” or “prospect”. That’s it. Nothing more, nothing less. Even if you paid the $50 and sent in your application. The Reverse Funnel System is nothing more than a marketing tool. It’s not a business, it’s a tool. Period.

As a member of Global Resorts Network, you can use the tool or not use the tool. The tool has nothing to do with Global Resorts Network, the corporate office does not oversee it or have anything to do with it.

You will want to make a careful decision about whom you partner with in Global Resorts because GRN is the business and it’s your sponsor that becomes your business partner. I for one enjoy hanging out with my business partners, sharing ideas, learning from each other, supporting each other. To me, that’s the “Partner” in “Business Partners”. Make sure your sponsor has means to train you on the current effective marketing online. One training platform that I use is the Renegade University. It allows my business partners to learn, and monetize while they build. And, it presents them as a leader, even if they are new. It’s really a win-win situation.

Reverse Funnel System & Phone Calls I Hate Getting

My phone rings quite often from people in the following categories:

1) Have seen the funnel and are skeptical but something inside then says “learn more”, so they call.
2) People who have paid the $50 and filled out the application but something isn’t setting right with them, so they call.
3) People who have joined Global Resorts Network through the Reverse Funnel System only to find the mentoring is either not there at all, or the training says, “do it the reverse funnel system way or we can’t help you”.

These people are mostly confused, frustrated and sometimes angry. They are grasping for the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so they call me. I hate getting these calls because I feel it’s a reflection on Global Resorts and of course, our industry in general. I’m grateful for the opportunity to have a relaxed conversation with these individuals but I wish it were under different circumstances.

Before you join the Reverse Funnel System, you must know the facts behind it. This way, you can make an intelligent decision whether it’s right for you or not. But, it takes the guess work and the mystery out from behind the whole RFS so you can do that.

How to Have Leads Chasing You in Your Global Resorts Business

Seems like everyone should have heard of Mike Dillard and his story of going from waiting on tables to millionaire status in just two years, but I find that large amounts of people are not familiar with him and his courses. Magnetic Sponsoring is a remarkable, very inexpensive product that sheds light on how you can go from rags to riches if you pay attention and simply impliment.

Are you tired of the old school network marketing techniques? You know the 3 foot rule, hanging flyers, bugging your family and friends, and holding hotel meetings.

I know that when I first joined my first network marketing company, I was told to use these same techniques. I was told to make a list of 100 people that I knew and basically call every one of them to ask and see if they would be interested in making some extra money.

I was only faced with questions I wasn’t able to answer, getting hung up on, and faced with nothing but rejection.

When I was officially shunned by everyone that I knew, all my upline told me to do was to go out and buy some opportunity leads.

This only led me to some more rejection and spending a bunch of money.

Now I was out of money, and had nothing to show for it.

Then just as I was going to give up, I found what I consider to be the “life saver” for my business.

This life saver I speak of was Mike Dillard’s 7 Day Free Video Boot Camp.

In these 7 free videos Mike explained how I could attract an endless stream of prospects to me ready to join and actually get paid to prospect.

These videos have really changed the way I do my business, and I think they can help you too.

You can get free instant access to these free videos here…

Global Resorts Network on Squidoo

Squidoo is a social media outlet where people hang out, share ideas and opinions and really, be an expert on whatever subject they want. One of the subjects I want to surely talk about in that social media venue is my Global Resorts Network business.

If you’re in business, be it an internet business, network marketing and/or home based business, even a brick and mortar business, you’re going to want to consider having a profile at Squidoo. Squidoo offers a search engine feature. As users are on Squidoo they may very well be searching for your product, service or opportunity.

It doesn’t take much time to complete a Squidoo Lens and once the profile is up, it’s up. You will want to have links to your optin page or to your website from each of your lenses.

You can have as many lenses as you’d like. And, on as many topics as you’d like.

See what a Squidoo lens looks like. I’ll show you one wherein I’m promoting my Global Resorts Network home based business opportunity.

For a learning platform regarding all things internet marketing, I recommend the Renegade University.  Inside, you’ll find several videos on the topic of Squidoo alone.  For the price of a cup of coffee a day, you can have months of university training on how to succeed online.  The Renegade University offers video step by step hands on and hand holding.

Laying a Million Dollar Foundation for Your Global Business

Serious entrepreneurs and those Global Resorts Network home based business owners, understand that buiding a business takes time. Of course they desire to make money along the way, but establishing a solid foundation takes time simply because there’s quite a bit to put into place for long term payback and a reputation as a good business owner and leader in your field. It’s no different than a brick and mortar establishment.

Network Marketers, Internet Marketings, and all home based business owners, know the fastest way to generate leads and income is through pay per click advertising and if one has the cash flow to be able to do that, it’s what I recommend. Then, in addition to that, begin to set your foundation. If a business owner does not have cash flow for this, then they simply need to understand and accept that it’s a slower build and to jump right in with setting the foundation.

It’s important to begin to establish a name and reputation in your industry. You want to establish authority as an expert and be the person that prospects call when they come across you and are looking for someone to answer questions and join with.

So, what kinds of things should you put in place to establish this presence online that tells people you’re the leader they’re looking for? There’s many things you can do, here are some strong recommendations:

Set up profiles on social sites where people hang out (such as MySpace, Facebook, Squidoo, Hub Pages, Twitter and others)

Set up a blog where you can share your opinion, personal information and stories, information about your industry.

Implement video marketing, meaning make videos to communicate with your prospects.

Have a professional resume posted so when people search your name, you come to the top of the search engines and allow people to know what your about.

Submit articles and press releases with links in your author box to your websites and optin pages.

You then want to go back and improve over time, your content, making adjustments to your profiles and ad content to improve your ratings and standings in the community.

Wow, this sounds like a lot to do! Well, on the surface it does, however, like all new business owners, you take one step at a time and over the course of a year, you’ll have your pieces in place at which time you want to keep tabs on your marketing, and continue to add content to your blog, add new lenses to squidoo, submit a couple articles every month, etc.

Here’s some good news. You can outsource all these tasks if you want, or learn and do it yourself at Renegade University.

You want to learn to monetize, meaning make sales from products while you’re building your primary business. An easy way to do this is by utilizing tools, resources, and information products that offer commissions along the way. You must be sure these products provide real value to your prospects. What you offer will be a reflection of you. Take good care of your customers.

So, how you can learn all this? I have a training platform I utilize for my business partners called the Renegade University. It hand holds them with step by step video on how to set up each segment of marketing I discussed above. They can work at their own pace and it offers months of training. Their support staff and live webinars just make it a complete “10″ in my book.
