About Debbie

debbie

Hi and welcome to my blog!  I'm Debbie Turner, currently living among the beautiful horse farms of Kentucky.

As you spend time looking around, please don't hesitate to drop me a line if I can answer any questions for you, or heck… pick up the phone and call me.  My direct line is 843-270-5611.  Leave a message and I'll call you back.

For fun, I love to scrapbook and am a published designer with my work featured on QVC, in idea books, product packaging and in-store billboards.  I've had the fun opportunity to be on a few TV craft shows and teach scrapbooking techniques and layouts at conventions, scrapbook retreats and stores.

I'm passionate about family and kids.  I'm a birth, adoptive and foster mom and have developed a hands-on training for foster parents and social workers on how to make lifebooks (scrapbooks) for children in care.

I'm also passionate about giving kids the opportunity to travel, to see the world, to explore and most certainly spend a week at Disney World.

It's been so much fun to take them and open up what's possible to help them dream. I love my family more than anything and the time I spend with them is priceless.  Here's a family photo.  I just became a first time grandma in April… yeah!

I'm pictured sitting in the front, my mom and dad in the back with other family members and my kids surrounding us.

We have 4 generations here.  I am so blessed.

As a family we love to hike, (our favorite hiking is the Grand Canyon), camping, roasting marshmallows, family BBQ's and playing games and planning our next get away vacation.

How did I discover Global Resorts Network?

Well, there's a little story about making lemonade from lemons.  We wonder sometimes why things can happen that at the time, seem catastrophic.  But then down the road, we can look back and see where life took us through that journey and how our lives are better today because of it.

Such was my story.  It's a short story and without a crisis, I would not have found Global Resorts Network.

My career background has been that of a 7 year jaunt as a legal secretary for prominent Las Vegas attorneys and then a fabulous 13 year career as a Realtor.  However, when the economy and housing industry took a nose dive, I found myself in a debt crisis myself without homes selling.  It was a nightmare.  I hung in as long as I could, but in the end of my rope, I had to completely change careers.

By this time I was in my 40's and was truly tired of the rat race.   Starting over, going back to school, just working at a department store… none of that sounded like options I would consider.

I actually wanted a work from home business, get up when I'm done sleeping, toss the work schedule out the door and put away the suits and high heels.  What I wanted was shorts, sandals, family and travel and the ability to design my life.

In 2007 I discovered a company called Global Resorts Network that offered such a travel club that I could offer to people through the internet as well as offline.  I purchased it myself and have used the membership several times.  I love that I can reserve a fully furnished 1-2-3 bedroom 1-2 bath condo (truly a home away from home) in over 5,000 locations worldwide for as little as $398 and not more than $799 for the entire week.

In using the product and seeing the continued value, I discovered truly how fabulous this travel club is for families everywhere so I decided to learn how to market using my laptop and have now been an affiliate for this company ever since.   I figured I had to learn a new skill anyway, why not create a true lifestyle for myself in the process.

I really enjoy being an online entrepreneur.  Offering the Global Resorts Network membership has been the product I'm most proud to offer and excited to share with others, especially to those families and individuals who love and can appreciate resort lifestyle living.

I so appreciate being able to spread out where everyone has space in a condo with my family when traveling way more than I do cooped up in a crowded one room hotel, lined up for the bathroom, stepping over suitcases and eating out of a microwave or cooler.

And the kicker is that I would pay more for a hotel than I do a Global Resorts Network resort property!

I want to share these benefits with you so your family can travel on a dime and you can create more memories that last a lifetime than you even imagine! You can probably tell I love the product and am passionate about it.

I created this blog as a result of my enthusiasm for the Global Resorts Network Luxury travel club membership.  It's my desire to provide as many people as possible, the information, details and opportunity surrounding this.

So grab a cup of coffee and plan to be pleasantly surprised as I share with you the ins and outs of the Global Resorts Network (GRN) exclusive membership and I definitely look forward to serving you!
